‘The Chosen’ Season 5 will premiere June 15 on Prime Video.

Prime Video has announced that Season 5 of the global phenomenon The Chosen. It will premiere June 15 in the United States. Titled The Chosen: Last Supper, the eight-episode season will debut in three parts across three consecutive weeks.
The first two episodes will be released on June 15. Episodes 3–5 will follow on June 22. The final three episodes will arrive on June 29. Season 5 will also launch internationally in July in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sub-Saharan Africa, the United Kingdom, and Latin America. Seasons 1 through 4 are currently available to stream on Prime Video.
The announcement came alongside the official trailer drop for the highly anticipated new season.
The Chosen: Last Supper had its theatrical debut in the U.S. on March 28 and internationally on April 11. It has earned nearly $60 million to date. The success adds to the series’ growing box office total, which now nears $140 million globally across releases in 55 countries over the past three years.
Later this month, international audiences in the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand will see theatrical releases of Part 2 (episodes 3–5) and Part 3 (episodes 6–8).
Season 5 continues the story of Jesus, portrayed by Jonathan Roumie, during the final days leading up to his crucifixion. The season follows his celebrated arrival in Jerusalem, his confrontation with temple merchants, and the mounting tension that leads to his betrayal by Judas. The dramatic arc explores themes of faith, power, and sacrifice.
Roumie is joined by returning cast members Shahar Isaac (Peter), Paras Patel (Matthew), Elizabeth Tabish (Mary Magdalene), Noah James (Andrew), George H. Xanthis (John), Abe Bueno-Jallad (Big James), Vanessa Benavente (Mother Mary), Luke Dimyan (Judas), Richard Fancy (Caiaphas), Paul Ben-Victor (King Herod), and Andrew James Allen (Pontius Pilate).
