Season Four of HBO’s The Righteous Gemstones debuts on March 9th.
HBO’s hit original series The Righteous Gemstones returns for its fourth and final season on Sunday, March 9, at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT. Created, written, and executive produced by Danny McBride, who also stars in the show, the new season will run for nine episodes. Fans can also catch all episodes of the series on Max.
The Righteous Gemstones follows the extravagant and deeply flawed Gemstone family. They are a world-famous televangelist clan. The family is known for its rich mix of deviance, greed, and charitable endeavors. The family grapples with their past and their tangled relationships. Season 4 pushes their codependence to new limits. It tests their ability to move forward without letting go of the ghosts that haunt them.
The fourth season will see the return of the central cast.
It includes McBride as Jesse Gemstone, Adam Devine as Kelvin Gemstone, and John Goodman as the patriarch, Eli Gemstone. Edi Patterson will return as Judy Gemstone. Cassidy Freeman is also returning as Amber Gemstone. Tim Baltz reprises his role as BJ. Tony Cavalero will play Keefe Chambers again. New faces this season include Megan Mullally as Lori Milsap, Seann William Scott as Corey Milsap, and Arden Myrin as Jana Milsap.
Guest stars include Walton Goggins as Baby Billy Freeman, Jennifer Nettles as Aimee-Leigh Gemstone, and Skyler Gisondo as Gideon Gemstone, among many others. The show continues to deliver its trademark mix of dark humor and family drama, with a rich ensemble cast providing plenty of tension and laughs.
With its blend of biting satire and heartfelt moments, The Righteous Gemstones promises to close out its story in a fittingly dramatic and hilarious way. Don’t miss the final season, airing Sundays at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on HBO and available to stream on Max.
