Luc Besson’s thriller “DogMan” is a captivating story of trauma, companionship, and vengeance. It will hit select theaters on March 15, 2024, with an expansion on March 22, 2024. The film was written and directed by Besson. It features a stellar cast, including Caleb Landry Jones, Jojo T. Gibbs, and Christopher Denham. The movie revolves around Douglas, a man struggling with the repercussions of a traumatic childhood. It is exacerbated by a violent father who condemns him to reside in the family kennel. However, a unique and unbreakable bond with dogs takes root within these confines.
Douglas emerges from the depths of his tumultuous past, finding love and exploring the realms of theatre and cabaret. But as he journeys through life, he is confronted with the harsh realities of human injustice and the bitter taste of disillusionment. Despite enduring countless hardships, it becomes clear that the unyielding love of his canine companions is the only salvation he can rely on.
