Daniella Monet returns as Trina Vega alongside a new generation of students, while Matt Bennett reprises his role as Robbie Shapiro.

With classes starting for so many already, that means its time for one particular franchise to make its comeback! With its official trailer dropping today, Hollywood Arts is ready for Victorious fans to finally watch!
While the original teaser for Hollywood Arts only offered a taste of what life’s like at California’s most prestigious arts school, the official trailer shines a light on the peculiarities of this new class. Even though the school’s moved on, there’s one person who still wants more: Trina Vega, who’s become a new teacher at the school.
Even though Trina makes her return, she’s still flanked by the next generation of talent in her class. Whether it be helping a student overcome being overshadowed by their sibling (much like her own life) to teaching acting in the best way she can, Trina Vega will certainly have some trials of her own to overcome. However, she still has some “helpful” friends she can rely on, like Rex the puppet.
Of course, Hollywood Arts has some new faces that Victorious fans will get to know. These include include Emmy, a tech producer-in-training, Pepper, Emmy’s loyal friend, Qwest, a music artist, Oscar, Emmy’s brother who’s overshadowing her, and Jen Z, a socialite who aspires to reach the top. Although this spinoff focuses on a new cast, there are some fans who may be wondering whether the old franchise stars will return as well.
Hollywood Arts Official Trailer Brings Victorious’ Robbie Shapiro Back
As a surprise, the trailer also confirms that Matt Bennett will be making an appearance as Robbie Shapiro, who was part of Victorious‘ roster of main characters. That said, other stars have also expressed interest in retrning. In two different interviews with People, series legacy stars Victoria Justice and Elizabeth Gillies said they would love to return to the franchise. However, fans may have to wait and see if Hollywood Arts makes good on those teases.
In addition to Monet, the full cast for Hollywood Arts includes Alyssa Miles, Emmy Liu-Wang, Peyton Jackson, Erika Swayze, Martin Kamm, Lexi Rivera, Kira Kosarin, Sofie Dossi, and Taylen Biggs. In addition, series almuni and Community star Yvette Nicole Brown also returns as Principal Helen as a guest star. Furthermore, Eric Lange is also set to make a guest appearance as Erwin Sikowitz.
Monet also executive produces the new spinoff alongside Victorious producer Jake Farrow and Henry Danger‘s Samantha Martin, who also serves as showrunner, writer, and executive producer. Hollywood Arts is produced by Paramount Television Studios for Netflix.
Hollywood Arts begins streaming on Netflix on Thursday, October 15.
