Apple TV+ unveils intense thriller Echo Valley starring Moore and Sweeney.
Apple TV+ is set to debut its harrowing new thriller, Echo Valley. It stars Oscar winner Julianne Moore and multi-Emmy nominee Sydney Sweeney. The film, directed by BAFTA Award winner Michael Pearce (Beast), will premiere on the streaming platform on June 13, 2025.
Written by Emmy-nominated screenwriter Brad Ingelsby (Mare of Easttown), Echo Valley is a gripping tale of love, sacrifice, and survival. Ridley Scott serves as a producer through Scott Free Productions, adding his signature touch to the intense drama.
The film follows Kate (Moore), a mother struggling to reconnect with her troubled daughter Claire (Sweeney). Their already strained relationship takes a terrifying turn when Claire arrives at Kate’s doorstep, hysterical and covered in someone else’s blood. As Kate unravels the shocking truth of what happened, she has to confront just how far she will go to protect her child.
With Pearce at the helm, Echo Valley promises an edge-of-your-seat experience, blending emotional depth with high-stakes tension. Apple TV+ continues to expand its lineup of gripping original films, and Echo Valley stands as a must-watch thriller for 2025.
