Paramount+ has released the official trailer for the highly anticipated second season of its hit original comedy series Frasier, starring Kelsey Grammer. The sophomore season will debut on Thursday, September 19, with two episodes available immediately. Following the premiere, new episodes will drop weekly exclusively on Paramount+ in the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Australia.

Frasier continues Dr. Frasier Crane’s (Grammer) story as he embarks on a new chapter of his life. Crane returns to his radio roots this season. There is an episode set at the iconic KACL in Seattle, giving fans a nod to the original series. The series is filmed in front of a live studio audience at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles, capturing the charm and wit that made the show a beloved classic. Watch the trailer below!
In addition to Grammer, the ensemble cast includes Jack Cutmore-Scott as Frasier’s son Freddy, Nicholas Lyndhurst as his college friend Alan, Toks Olagundoye as Olivia, Jess Salgueiro as Eve, and Anders Keith as his nephew David. This season promises an exciting lineup of guest stars. It includes original cast members Peri Gilpin and Dan Butler, Rachel Bloom, Yvette Nicole Brown, Greer Grammer, Patricia Heaton, and Amy Sedaris. Renowned director James Burrows, who helmed many episodes of the original series, will return to direct two episodes.
The series was created by writers Chris Harris (How I Met Your Mother) and Joe Cristalli (Life in Pieces). The original Frasier holds the record for the most Emmy wins for a comedy series. It has received with 37 wins and 107 nominations. The revival’s first season received three Primetime Emmy nominations and is currently available to stream on Paramount+ in multiple countries.
