‘Phineas and Ferb’ cast and creative team reunite at New York Comic Con.

NEW YORK—The beloved cast and creative team of Phineas and Ferb reunited at New York Comic Con 2024. They gathered to celebrate the upcoming revival series. This series will premiere on Disney+ in 2025. Co-creators and executive producers Dan Povenmire and Jeff “Swampy” Marsh, who also voice Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz and Major Francis Monogram, were joined by stars Vincent Martella (Phineas Flynn), David Errigo Jr. (Ferb Fletcher), Ashley Tisdale (Candace Flynn), Caroline Rhea (Linda Flynn-Fletcher), Dee Bradley Baker (Perry the Platypus), and Alyson Stoner (Isabella Garcia-Shapiro) during the special panel event.






The panel was moderated by Variety’s Mike Schneider. The team reflected on their favorite memories from the iconic animated series. The series first premiered over 15 years ago. Fans were delighted to hear behind-the-scenes stories and anecdotes, including how the characters and their catchphrases became fan favorites.





The audience enjoyed an exclusive sneak peek of the highly anticipated new season, which is set to debut next year on Disney Channel and Disney+. The preview included new teaser art showcasing the familiar cast of characters, signaling the return of their signature summer shenanigans. Povenmire and Marsh expressed their excitement for the revival. They promised fans more humor, adventure, and catchy musical numbers. These elements made the original series a hit.

The Phineas and Ferb revival is scheduled to premiere in 2025. It will continue the adventures of stepbrothers Phineas and Ferb as they make the most of their summer vacation, while Candace once again tries to “bust” them. With the original cast and creative minds back on board, fans can expect the return of classic dynamics, quirky humor, and more inventions and surprises from Perry the Platypus.
